Bas Spekreijse is Managing Director at ETHERMA and has more than 25 years of experience in electric and infrared heating. Started in 1997 selling electric underfloor heating in the Netherlands as a comfort and problem solution. Since 2004 active with infrared heating for outdoor, indoor and industrial applications. International experience for ETHERMA in setting up branches in Belgium, Germany, and Scandinavia and export responsibility.
In 2018 founder of the industry association IG Infrared Benelux and currently chairman of IG Infrared Benelux and EIHA.
Günther Hraby is CEO of easyTherm® and currently vice chairman of EIHA and IG Infrarot Österreich (Austrian Infrared Heating Association). He was also a founding member of these organizations. In these roles and beyond, he has been working on the scientific presentation of infrared heating, particularly its differences from direct electric heating, since 2006. He is also a member of standardization committees and a board member of Bundesverband Wärmewende Austria (The Austrian Heat Transition Association) and several other institutions.
Francesco Iolli is Director and Business Development Manager at Star Progetti Tecnologie Applicate Spa, where he oversees international marketing, strategy, and commercial growth. He began his career in Financial Planning & Analysis at General Electric and later joined the company’s prestigious Corporate Audit Staff (CAS), working on global projects in audit, risk management, and M&A integration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control (cum laude) from Bocconi University, as well as an Executive Master in Marketing & Sales from SDA Bocconi and ESADE.
